"I just bought the most expensive car I've ever owned. I needed to trade in my Subaru and my wife's Subaru as we just had our second child. I tried loading the seats into the Outback and there was no room for anything else. Didn't get that "safe" feeling loading the family in there and there was no way we were gonna put our dog and stroller in the back too. So I decided to trade them both in for a larger vehicle. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and they politely called me back a few times. I told them I was busy with the new baby and they just wanted to keep me posted that the used Honda Pilot I was interested in was still available. When I finally decided to go and see about buying it, the salesperson Chris was a great guy and the money guy Gavin was equally personable. We got to a deal we could both agree with pretty quickly and then I was off to financing with Tom. Everything went well and I didn't feel pressured.
